Alfie Arcuri was crowned the winner of The Voice
2016, beating out one of the most competitive fields the show has ever seen.
Since winning the popular television show, Universal Music recording artist Alfie has performed at an array of events alongside some of
Australia’s biggest artists and headlined some of the biggest national television appearances including – The State of Origin in front of 65,000 people,
the Melbourne Cup’s Exclusive “Bird Cage” and Ch9’s ‘Carols by Candlelight’, just to name a few.
Having completed his first ever and widely successful headline tour in 2016, “My
Story, Our Journey” to crowds across the country, Alfie has spent the last year
collaborating with some of the world’s most sought after-songwriters both locally
and in the US, and he’s tapped into a surprising, vulnerable space that underpins
his first self-penned single, ‘If They Only Knew’ released in July 2017, already
receiving rave reviews.
With a social media following in excess of 70,000 and over 330,000 direct views
on his YouTube channel, Alfie has established himself as a well-known and
respected artist in the Australian entertainment industry with a loyal fan base that
is constantly growing. His presence has also been used to promote and support
various charities and initiatives including representation in the LGBTI community.
Although Alfie previously spent a decade immersed in the world of architecture,
he is finally where he wants to be , amidst the music industry. He declares, “Being
an architect allowed me to be creative, but ultimately, it was a job. Music is my
absolute passion, it’s in my blood, and nothing has ever made me feel the way
that making music does. This is 100% me.”
